My design process is guided by the Double Diamond, which I adapt to each project. I start by understanding the problem, user needs and product goals through research, data and analysis. From there, I explore ideas, prototype solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the best direction. Throughout the process, I iterate continuously, testing and refining solutions and I'm always ready to revisit earlier steps if new insights or constraints emerge.

I like to work closely with developers throughout the design process to ensure solutions are both user-centered and technically feasible in the front and in the back-end. I involve them early when exploring ideas, share clear design specifications and prototypes. I also stay close during implementation to answer questions and refine details together.

Design is an iterative process, and feedback is a key part of it. I actively seek input from users, stakeholders and teammates to continuously refine solutions. I'm always open to receiving feedback and approach it constructively, focusing on what will create the best outcome. At the same time, my role as a UX designer is to represent the user's perspective. When necessary, I help align discussions around user needs and product goals, ensuring that decisions ultimately lead to the most effective solution.
